Hey there, I’m Riikka – a professional chef from Finland who is on a mission to create unique taste experiences and crazy meals in the great outdoors. Cooking in the midst of nature is not just a hobby, for me it’s a way of life that I just adore.
I am a food creator, nature lover and sustainability advocate who believes that the Finnish forests are the most beautiful and inspiring places on earth. The forest is my ultimate source of inspiration, and it never fails to amaze me with its infinite variety of flavors, textures and aromas that can be harnessed to create exceptional food experiences.
Cooking in the outdoors is not just about the food, it’s about the adventure and challenge that comes with it. The unconventional setting adds an exciting dimension to the experience, and it’s a chance for me to disconnect from the stress and chaos of everyday life and connect with nature on a deeper level.
