Description
Easy and prepaid return – Both within and outside the EU
Prepaid return to Trangia Webshop via DHL Service Point/DHL Parcel Connect/DHL Express. We will email you the label and you hand in the package at the nearest Service Point or according to instructions. Customs declaration for returns outside the EU is included.
Follow the instructions below:
1. Pack your package well in the original packaging. Use padding if necessary – attach the label. Products sent back in poor condition may be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Attach a note with the returned products with your contact information and order number, so that the return can be easily linked to you. Please use the packing list you received in the package.
3. Hand in the package at the nearest DHL Service Point/DHL Parcel Connect/DHL Express, or according to instructions.
4. As soon as we have received your returned product, we will make a refund via your chosen payment method. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days before you see your money in your account.

Return to Trangia Webshop
The return was great, but it was a little bit disappointing that the burner doesn´t fit and that there was no response ,if there is a possibility to get a smaller. I cleared this problem with “somebody else” (i guess you no what i am talking about p…..) , who supported me very well. I like your products, but sorry, no answer and no help wasn´t really kind.
Helt suveränt! Man blev mycket glad av den fina omsorgen i paketering. Dessutom mycket fin service när jag råkat beställa en del fel.
