Payment and prices
All prices are up to date and may change in the future. The total cost of your order, including potential costs for shipping, payment and VAT are stated at the checkout page. All prices outside EU is shown VAT excluded. For deliveries outside the EU, please note that customs, VAT and local taxes may be added to your order. All additional costs for delivery outside the EU are paid by the recipient. Contact your local authorities and customs offices for more information.

Paypal Checkout Express – With PayPal Express Checkout, payments by credit card or from your PayPal account are accepted. When you click Place Order in our checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal´s website to finish the payment with PayPal.
Once you complete your purchase at the checkout page, a confirmation order will automatically be sent to the email address you have submitted. If you do not receive the confirmation as expected, you may contact us. However, sometimes the email may end up in the spam or junk folder. Please read through the confirmation to make sure that all is in order. In case you need to make any changes, you may respond to the mail you have been sent.
Your parcel will remain at the collection point for 14 days after arrival, after which it will be returned to us. We charge a fee of 200-600 SEK for unclaimed parcels to cover shipping and handling costs. The fee varies depending on country and if there is a cost of customs duties or similar.
Right of withdrawl
According to the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act, customers have the right of withdrawal. This means that you have the right to return the product you purchased within 14 days of the date the order was received. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order. We will only accept returns of purchases made on this site – Trangia Webshop. If you purchased the product in a store, through resellers or in another webshop, please return the item to the store from which you bought it, under the guidelines of their return policy.
In case you would like to make a return, please contact us by email and state the order number or reply to your confirmation mail. In case of a return, the customer pays the shipping cost. Any items returned to us must be sent in the original packaging and undamaged condition. Please note that you are responsible and bear the risk for the product until it is delivered to Trangia; this includes potential damage and loss of the package. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. For example: if you pay for your order with a credit/debit card, the refund will be made back to the same card. Refunds are made within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item(s).
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to specially ordered products such as engraving.
Warranty and complaints
All our products are covered by a one-year warranty as well as a three-year guarantee according to the Consumer Sales Act. Original proof of purchase, such as your confirmation order or receipt, can be used to validate your item’s warranty; therefore, it is essential that you store those in a safe place. For items purchased in a store, through resellers or another webshop, please contact the retailer directly for specific guidance on complaints and warranty issues.
Product warranty – Only covers manufacturing defects – items that were defective when you bought them. The warranty does not cover faults arising from modification of the product, such as alteration, upgrading or other configurations of the product.
Complaints – According to the Consumer Sales Act, you are entitled to request a free repair, replacement or a full refund.
If you have questions regarding your warranty or want to make a complaint, please contact us, and we will look into it. Please send us an email attaching photos of the damaged product as well as your receipt or confirmation order. We will look into it and contact you with details concerning your request. In cases of warranties and complaints, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a return shipping label.
The warranty does not cover damages and defects resulting from the following examples, nor are they a valid reason for complaints:
-Use of incorrect fuel
-Failure to follow safety measures and regulations
-Damages resulting from unauthorised repairs and modifications
-Damages caused by accidents or transports, such as dents, scratches and normal wear and tear.
-Damages arising from improper use and inadequate maintenance. Please observe that both Multifuel and gas burners require maintenance, as described in the handbook
