Description

In 2025, Trangia celebrates 100 years of quality products made in Trångsviken, Sweden. This anniversary coffee is a tribute to the Swedish tradition of brewing coffee over an open flame — and to the knowledge passed down through generations. This is coffee for those who appreciate simplicity and great flavor. For those who know that the best coffee is enjoyed outdoors. The beans we have chosen to our specialty coffee is sourced directly from small scale farms in Colombia, Brazil and India. Slow-roasted and ground with care by Big Lake Coffee Roasters in Östersund, Sweden.

What is “kokkaffe”?
Kokkaffe is a traditional way of making coffee by mixing coarse ground coffee with hot water. It’s usually prepared in a coffee pot, but any kind of vessel will do. The taste is rich and full-bodied because it’s unfiltered — all the natural oils are preserved. You can’t talk about kokkaffe without mentioning the social aspect of gathering around a fire — the very essence of spending time outdoors with friends!
