DHL SERVICE POINT 60 SEK – Your order will be delivered to your nearest DHL SERVICE POINT. Submit your phone number when you make your order, and you will get a notification via SMS when your package has arrived. Please note that you must provide identification in order to collect your package; therefore, it is important that you submit the correct name! If you would like to change the name of the receiver after we have shipped the package, Schenker will charge a fee of 250 SEK.

PICK UP AT THE STORE 0 SEK – Pick up at the factory store in Trångsviken (Alsenvägen 12, 83596 Trångsviken). We will contact you as soon as your order is ready to be picked up. You can then choose to come in to us or we will come out to the car with your order.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDER OVER 500 SEK

DELIVERY TIME – Your order will be processed within 1-2 days, and the delivery time within Sweden is 2-5 days. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number in order to track your parcel through “Mina Paket”. Some delivery options may be limited due to local restrictions. Delays in deliveries may occur. Products with engraving and “Build your stove” can be expected to have a slightly longer processing time, approx. 3-7 days + delivery.

If you download the app “Mina Paket” you can easily trace your packages, receive continuous information and notifications, telling you the location of your package and when you can collect it. To be sure not to miss a single notification, sign up with both your phone number and email address.

Each country has its own customs laws and the duties for different types of goods and values are set locally. DHL, like any other international transportation company, must adhere to local customs legislation and so DHL pays duties on the receiver’s behalf to clear shipments on arrival.

Who will charge me for possible duties and taxes?

That would be DHL Express at your own destination.

When making my purchase it stated the price includes shipping costs. Why was I asked by DHL to pay additional charges to have my package delivered?

You will not be paying to DHL any further shipping costs. Rather, you will be asked instead to pay customs duties, taxes and other import charges related to customs clearance in your home country, as per local regulations.

Your parcel will remain at the collection point for 5-14 days after arrival, after which it will be returned to us. We charge a fee of 200-600 SEK for unclaimed parcels to cover shipping and handling costs. The fee varies depending on country and if there is a cost of customs duties or similar.

Where can I find out what applies in my country?

We use DHL Express for deliveries outside EU. Please contact the DHL office found in the Help and support section in your country.

Where can I find a list of Trangia items origin country and customs tariff codes, HS codes?

HS code is short for Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System. It’s a list of numbers used by customs to classify a product. An HS code consists of at least six digits and is used by customs to classify the product being shipped. That way it can accurately calculate taxes and duties and apply any necessary restrictions. Payment and prices

All prices are up to date and may change in the future. The total cost of your order, including potential costs for shipping, payment and VAT are stated at the checkout page. All prices outside EU is shown VAT excluded. For deliveries outside the EU, please note that customs, VAT and local taxes may be added to your order. We are offering the following methods of payment:
SVEA Checkout – Easy checkout for you in the Nordic countries. Pay by credit card or invoice You can also pay with Swish, Vipps or Mobilepay in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.

Company Invoice via Svea (B2B) – When applying for payment via company invoice, a customary credit check is carried out, which may involve obtaining a credit report. The due date and other terms for the company invoice are specified on the invoice. For invoice payments, the payment must be received no later than 30 days from the invoice date. In case of delayed payment, a reminder fee of 60 SEK will be added, as well as late payment interest of 2% per month from the due date until full payment is made. All company invoices will be transferred to Svea Bank AB, 556158-7634 (“Svea Bank”). All payments related to the invoice must be made to Svea Bank.

Paypal Checkout Express – With PayPal Express Checkout, payments by credit card or from your PayPal account are accepted. When you click Place Order in our checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal´s website to finish the payment with PayPal. Via Paypal you can also choose to pay with Google Pay or Apple Pay.

Order confirmation

Once you complete your purchase at the checkout page, a confirmation order will automatically be sent to the email address you have submitted. If you do not receive the confirmation as expected, you may contact us. However, sometimes the email may end up in the spam or junk folder. Please read through the confirmation to make sure that all is in order. In case you need to make any changes, you may respond to the mail you have been sent.

Uncollected parcels

Your parcel will remain at the collection point for 7-14 days after arrival, after which it will be returned to us. We charge a fee of 200-600 SEK for unclaimed parcels to cover shipping and handling costs. The fee varies depending on country and if there is a cost of customs duties or similar.

Right of withdrawl

According to the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act, customers have the right of withdrawal. This means that you have the right to return the product you purchased within 14 days of the date the order was received. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order. We will only accept returns of purchases made on this site – Trangia Webshop. If you purchased the product in a store, through resellers or in another webshop, please return the item to the store from which you bought it, under the guidelines of their return policy.

In case you would like to make a return, please contact us by email and state the order number or reply to your confirmation mail. In case of a return, the customer pays the shipping cost. Any items returned to us must be sent in the original packaging and undamaged condition. Please note that you are responsible and bear the risk for the product until it is delivered to Trangia; this includes potential damage and loss of the package. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. For example: if you pay for your order with a credit/debit card, the refund will be made back to the same card. Refunds are made within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item(s).

If you shop from Sweden or within the EU, you can buy a return label from us with DHL Service Point/DHL Parcel Connect
Buy a return label from us for easy and prepaid return directly to the Trangia Webshop. The cost is 60 SEK/ 6 EUR, we email you the label and you hand in the package at your nearest DHL Service Point location. Send an email with your order number and say that you want to make a return and we will get back to you with instructions.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized ordered products such as Engraving and Build your stove.

Warranty and complaints

All our products are covered by a one-year warranty as well as a three-year guarantee according to the Consumer Sales Act. Original proof of purchase, such as your confirmation order or receipt, can be used to validate your item’s warranty; therefore, it is essential that you store those in a safe place. For items purchased in a store, through resellers or another webshop, please contact the retailer directly for specific guidance on complaints and warranty issues.

Product warranty – Only covers manufacturing defects – items that were defective when you bought them. The warranty does not cover faults arising from modification of the product, such as alteration, upgrading or other configurations of the product.
Complaints – According to the Consumer Sales Act, you are entitled to request a free repair, replacement or a full refund.

If you have questions regarding your warranty or want to make a complaint, please contact us, and we will look into it. Please send us an email attaching photos of the damaged product as well as your receipt or confirmation order. We will look into it and contact you with details concerning your request. In cases of warranties and complaints, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a return shipping label.

The warranty does not cover damages and defects resulting from the following examples, nor are they a valid reason for complaints:
-Use of incorrect fuel
-Failure to follow safety measures and regulations
-Damages resulting from unauthorised repairs and modifications
-Damages caused by accidents or transports, such as dents, scratches and normal wear and tear.
-Damages arising from improper use and inadequate maintenance. Please observe that both Multifuel and gas burners require maintenance, as described in the handbook

Returns are sent to the address below. Please note that we do not accept returns/complaints against cash on delivery and a return must always be sent directly to us at the address below, i.e. NOT to a delivery point:
