My name is Nathalie, and I was born and raised in Jämtland. I live on a homestead that backs up to forest with my husmand and our two dogs.
Nature has always played a very important role in my life. It is where I feel most alive and happy , so naturally it is where I spend most of my free time. Cooking is equally important to me. I love playing around with ingredients and being creative in the kitchen, it has a calming effect on me and brings me to the present moment.
The Trangia stove has made it possible for me to combine my two greatest passions; to be able to create and enjoy amazing food and be outside. Everything tastes better outside!
My favorite Trangia moments are the simple days in the forest, especially at springtime. To be able to ski to a beautiful spot and cook a lovely meal are moments in life that I value the most.
