7 practical accessories for your Trangia stove
The right accessories can make a big difference when cooking outdoors. Practical accessories make your Trangia stove easier to pack, more convenient to use and better suited to your outdoor trips.
Here, we have gathered seven useful accessories that can make packing, cooking, serving food and handling fuel easier on your next adventure.

Complete your camping stove with the right accessories
A complete Trangia stove already includes the essentials for cooking outdoors, but with the right accessories it can make the experience even better. These tools and accessories can help you pack more efficiently, cook with greater flexibility or make outdoor meals a little more comfortable.

1. A bag or case for your Trangia stove
A bag or case makes it easier to keep your Trangia stove together and pack it for transport and storage between trips. We offer several options, from the classic orange polyester cover to more protective EVA cases, as well as wool and leather alternatives.
The traditional orange Trangia cover comes in several sizes for models including Micro, Mini, 27 Small, 25 Large and larger camping sets. An EVA case provides more rigid protection, while our wool bags are made from recycled felted wool. Whether you choose polyester, EVA, wool or leather – a bag or case helps protect your camping stove from scratches and wear during storage and transport.
Remember to check which size fits your Trangia stove before choosing a bag or case.
2. A camping plate
A camping plate is a simple accessory that makes it easier to eat beside your camping stove, especially when several people are out together on the trip. Our outdoor plates are lightweight, durable and easy to pack with the rest of your equipment without taking up unnecessary space.
The Plate 20 in Ultralight aluminium and the Plate 20 NS Black with a non-stick coating both have a diameter of 20 cm and are designed to be packed together with your Trangia stove. The Nest Plate is made in Sweden from a durable, bio-based material and is suitable for camping, outdoor activities and outdoor cooking. It is designed to stack with the other items in the same range: plates, camping bowls and mugs.

3. Multidisc – a camping accessory with multiple uses
A Multidisc is a practical choice when you want several functions in one accessory. The Trangia Multidisc for 25 Large and 27 Small can be used as a strainer, chopping board, base for use on snow, lid after cooking and protective cover for the frying pan during transport.
It is useful both while cooking and when packing your stove away. Use a Multidisc to drain water, cut ingredients or provide a base beneath your stove on snow. After cooking, it can be used as a lid.
Please note: do not use it as a lid while the pot is still on the stove or heat source, as the material can melt if it comes into direct contact with a flame.
4. Keep your food warm longer with a pot cozy
A pot cozy is a practical accessory for your camping stove when you want to keep food warm for a while after cooking. The insulating wool felt helps retain heat and makes the pot more comfortable to hold. When the stove is packed away, the material also helps protect metal surfaces from scratches.
Our Trangia pot cozies come in several sizes for different stoves and pots: 1.75 litres for 25 Large, 1 litre for 27 Small and a smaller pot cozy for Micro and T-Cup. The Micro/T-Cup model also fits around a 230 g gas canister and can help keep the gas warmer in cold weather.

5. A simmer ring – for better heat control with your spirit burner
A simmer ring is used with our spirit burner when you want to reduce the flame and have better control over the heat. Adjusting the opening lets you reduce the heat output, which is useful when food needs to simmer or stay warm rather than cook at full heat.
A simple, useful accessory that lets you vary the heat while cooking and adjust it to suit the food you are preparing.
6. Carry and refill fuel safely with a fuel bottle
A fuel bottle makes it easier to bring the right amount of spirit fuel and refill the burner safely. Our classic Trangia fuel bottles come in several sizes and have a safety cap that allows you to pour fuel without removing the cap. The bottles have a vent and pouring spout that help the fuel flow evenly and reduce the risk of spills.
For shorter trips, there is also a 100 ml fuel bottle, which is small enough to pack inside several Trangia stoves and holds approximately one refill for the spirit burner. If you want a lightweight, durable alternative, we also offer a 0.6-litre aluminium fuel bottle.

7. A pan stand – for using smaller pots with your camping stove
A pan stand allows you to use smaller pots that would otherwise be too small for the standard supports on your Trangia stove. It provides a stable surface for the pot and makes the stove more versatile when you want to use cookware of different sizes.
We offer two different pan stands. Our pan stand for Trangia stoves for the 25 Large and 27 Small sits inside the windshield on the supports in their lowered position, allowing you to use smaller pots. We also offer a separate pan stand for the Trangia Triangle for smaller pots, mugs and cans with a diameter of approximately 60–90 mm.
