The Sauté pan made for the T25 (bigger stove) also fits on top of the T27. Just put the Sauté on the highest position on the pot holder – same level as the 2,5 liter Billy pot.

SO much better than the standard 25 fry pan, especially when cooking for four! When Build Your Stove goes live, pick this as your pan option.
Like others have said, there should be a 27 sauté pan too – that would be a game-changer for the small stove.

Great quality and really fast service/delivery. Upon arrival there is a small amount of flaking from the non-stick surface on the outside however this does not appear to affect the performance at all.
As stated in product description the pan is MUCH deeper. It still nests well with the 25 windscreen, albeit a little awkward. Performance is as per the standard 25 fry pan, however the extra depth does mean I can use this as a solo pan if I wanted to reduce weight by leaving the other standard 25 pans at home.
I have not tested how this pan nests with the billy so look to other reviews
Overall an enjoyable addition. Gives a bit more flexibility to the trangia system for minimal weight penalty.
Pros: flexibility. Great if you want a larger frypan. More cooking options with deeper pan.
Cons: additional $$$. Small weight penalty. Nests a little awkwardly.
