Very good purchase for vintage lovers, good value money and quality !
I have bought secondhand the Trangia M44 mess set and wanted an additional burner. In the UK this is not on sale through dealers and I looked at buying a direct import, the price of the burner was acceptable but when postage was added it nearly doubled the price and made it not worth buying. I was coming to Europe for a few weeks and staying in one place and so I ordered the burner on 17/12 and it arrived 24/12 and cost euros £6, around 1/4 of the delivery cost to the UK. I was amazed at the speed of delivery given it was Christmas. I can understand why deliveries to the UK are so high due to post-Brexit paperwork. I haven’t used the burner yet.
Fits perfectly into the Trangia Triangle without using the holder for the regular burner; however, not a lot of space between the top of the burner and bottom of the pot.
Also fits nicely into the Trangia Mini Windscreen, if you push in the retaining tabs that hold the regular burner in place. Again, not a lot of space between the top of the burner and bottom of the pot, but it can work.
Fina, oanvända och tunga militära spritrännare tillverkade av Trangia.
Bara smörja o-ringen i locket med rapsolja.
